Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Compackt purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Return window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to request a return Email us at compackt.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at compackt.store@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
